Where to stay
Well,
you are in Åre, and now you need a place to stay. Normally this is not
a problem during summertime, but we would recomend you to book
something in advance.
Hotell Åre Torg. We want the competing pilots located in Åre Torg
Hotel. It's located in the senter of the town, and is a perfect place
to stay when in Åre. The consept of this hotel is very unik in this
area, and you have to check out the hotels web'site yourself. They
also have a paraglider in their logo. That's good. Isn't it?
Hotel Åre Torg have a
new concept for Åre. Simple but stylish 4 (5) beds in each rom. The
social life is moved out from the hotellrooms to the coridors that are
more than 8m wide, and gives each room a small terrasse, in an
simulated outdoor enviroment.
Gula Villan. We can also recomend
Gula Villan owned by the paragliding
school Skysport if you are under a tight budjet. The yellow house
(gula villan) is just beside the official club PG/HG landing, and at
the competition area.
Their web site is in Swedish, but they speak and read English very
well. Gula Villan is a big yellow house with 14 beds.

Holiday Club. If you want a bit more luxery, you can also stay
at Holiday Club. This is the most comfortable hotel in
Åre. Of course the rooms are very good, but the best part is all the
indoor activities: Golf, minigolf, bowling, swimming, spa, resturants,
bars, waterland and saunas. At Holiday Club you can also book lots of
